Instruction for Oral Presentations
Each presentation time slot is 15 minutes, which includes 10 minutes (with a maximum of 12 minutes) for your oral presentation and 5 minutes for discussion (questions and answers). Please plan your presentation by reserving 4 minutes of the allocated time for the session chair's introduction and questions from the audience.
The presentation room is equipped with a computer, data projector, and microphone. Should it be necessary, you may also use your own computer. Please ensure that all fonts are embedded in your PDF presentation. To minimize any technical issues during the conference, all presentation slides will be pre-loaded onto the local computers at the venue.

Filename: Please name the slide file using the Paper ID assigned to your paper in the program. For example, '078.pdf' would correspond to the slide for Paper ID 78.

Instruction for Poster Presentations
The interactive poster session will start with a pitch session consisting of short 1 minute and 30 seconds oral introduction (with a maximum of 2 minutes) for each posters by your presenting author if you wish to. There you have 1 minute and 30 seconds to introduce yourself and the topic of your poster while you show one slide. Please avoid providing a comprehensive overview during this brief time. Instead, emphasize the key points to spark the audience's interest and encourage them to engage with you for further discussion.
Following the presentation, presenters are required to get in front of their posters to engage with interested attendees in more detailed technical discussions regarding their work.
Posters will be attached to the walls, and adhesive tape will be provided for this purpose. A0-sized posters in portrait orientation are recommended, as larger sizes may cause difficulties. Please print your poster in advance and bring it with you to the conference on the day of your session. Avoid including excessive detailed text; instead, incorporate figures to support your presentation of the results.
If you wish to present orally your poster during the pitch session, you must provide a single slide in PDF format for the 1 minute and 30 seconds oral introduction.
